L’un est devenu un brave gars, l’autre un ca\u00efd de la p\u00e8gre qui ne peut s’emp\u00eacher de mal agir, c’est dans sa nature. Une amiti\u00e9 qui tourne mal. C’est un peu une version sombre de la vieille s\u00e9rie de mon adolescence, Amicalement Votre (the Persuaders). Au d\u00e9part, je pensais \u00e0 tort que Christophe voulait ces titres en rosbif pur jus, j’ai donc fait l’adaptation fran\u00e7aise pour Christophe et les mangeurs de grenouilles. The first of the ‘murder ballads’ I wrote for my friend Christophe Adam, one December week. It tells the story of a couple of childhood friends. One ended up being a good guy, the other a big shot in the underworld who can\u2019t help being a wrongdoer, that\u2019s his nature. A friendship which turns out badly. A bit like a dark version of that old TV series of my teen years, The Persuaders. At the beginning I thought wrongly that Christophe wanted these tracks in English, so I later made the French adaptation for Christophe and the frog eaters. As a bonus.
