Le texte vient d’une chanson bien diff\u00e9rente un temps jou\u00e9e par THE PELICAN CROSSING mais jamais enregistr\u00e9e, texte r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 et modifi\u00e9 ici pour lui donner un \u00e9crin plus adapt\u00e9 me semble-t-il. La partie de piano poss\u00e8de un c\u00f4t\u00e9 bluesy, \u00e0 mon id\u00e9e, et j’ai pris plaisir, et ce de plus en plus, \u00e0 concocter une partie de basse fleurie, je l’esp\u00e8re, et d’y adjoindre une guitare simple. The lyrics come from quite a different song that was performed by THE PELICAN CROSSING at one point, but never recorded – lyrics reclaimed and altered here to fit into what I see as a more appropriate case. The piano part has in my opinion a bluesy side to it and I enjoyed – as is more and more often the case – concocting a – hopefully – flowery bass line and attaching a simple guitar part to it.
