Titre \u00e9gar\u00e9 plus d’une ann\u00e9e dans les limbes de l’informatique suite \u00e0 une erreur de manipulation et r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 du n\u00e9ant binaire gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’ami Laurent (Merci Lolo), sur un texte \u00e9crit du temps o\u00f9 mon ami Pascal \u00e9tait en chaise roulante dans une maison sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e. Depuis la scl\u00e9rose en plaques qui le rongeait l’a emport\u00e9. J’ai peaufin\u00e9 musique et paroles, avec un petit emprunt \u00e0 Apollinaire (Merci Guillaume) jusqu’\u00e0 obtenir une forme satisfaisante. Tout cela concourt \u00e0 ce que j’\u00e9prouve une affection particuli\u00e8re pour cette chanson, hommage \u00e0 mon ami Pascal, qui pour ceux qui l’ont connu dans sa jeunesse restera ce jeune chien fou qui hurlait du rock garage au sein de SLOWMAN & The GARAGINALS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A title which remained in limbo for over a year due to a computer blunder on my part and which got rescued from the digital nothingness thanks to my friend Laurent (Thank you, Lolo), on a set of lyrics written at the time when my friend Pascal was on a wheelchair in a special-care institution. Since then, the multiple sclerosis which was wearing him down has claimed his life. I refined both music and lyrics – with a little help from Appolinaire (Thank you, Guillaume) until I got something satisfying enough. All of this makes me have a particular fondness for this song, which is a tribute to my friend Pascal who will always be – for those who knew him in his youth – the young wild one who used to shout over the garage rock of his band SLOWMAN & The GARAGINALS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
