Un autre petit conte cruel mis \u00e0 la sauce R&B, inspir\u00e9 par un article lu sur les difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res de certains retrait\u00e9s juxtapos\u00e9 \u00e0 un autre sur les affreuses m\u00e9thodes des abattoirs industriels. J’en jouais une premi\u00e8re version plut\u00f4t folk-blues (plac\u00e9e apr\u00e8s en d\u00e9mo), puis un jour je l’ai interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on diff\u00e9rente et j’ai trouv\u00e9 que cela fonctionnait mieux. Admettons trois choses, dans l’autre monde je rencontre ce merveilleux chanteur qu’\u00e9tait Arthur Alexander et il me chante ce titre, voil\u00e0 pour moi sa destin\u00e9e r\u00eav\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Another short cruel tale dressed as an R&B song, inspired by an article I read about the financial hardship some retired people go through, side by side with another one about industrial slaughterhouses. At first I used to play it pretty much as a folk blues song – the demo of which is presented here as a bonus -, then one day I did in a different way and decided it worked better. Let\u2019s imagine three things: in the afterworld I meet the wonderful late singer Arthur Alexander and he sings this tune to me. Here is the ultimate fate I wish for it.<\/span><\/p>\n
